The IT Office uses this ticket system to keep track of all requests. If you require support for an IT issue please continue to submit a ticket. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track and respond to further requests. A valid email address is required for you to submit, and for us to respond to tickets.

We are currently experiencing a high demand for IT support and would like to apologise if we have not responded to your enquiry as quickly as we would have liked.
